MY FAVOURITE BAR: LA TITA

There are a lot of interesting shops and corners in Santiago de Compostela. One of them is a historic restaurant called La Tita, which is located in Rúa Nova.
It’s famous because of its huge and delicious “tortilla”, cooked with two kilos of potatoes and thirty eggs. It’s fascinating how the cooks prepare it.
With the pandemic, the bar was forced to sell online its incredible “tortilla”, ordered by phone if the situation is bad. So, cards are accepted.
La Tita is special because it's a bar that is very crowded and often you can’t sit down. However, if you can make it, the feeling of being on the terrace drinking beer and eating a free “tapa de tortilla” with friends is absolutely exciting.
The last time that I was there was around three months ago, but I’ve ordered online once after that. I hope to go back as soon as possible. I need to taste again that “tortilla”!
